You must have plenty of time on you hands dude….when you mentioned that you are knocking some walls to make it look nicer, I didn’t expect the “extend” that you are going into…
it is definitely a Major rework.. I think you may have to up your budget a little more…
The dimensions & layout really look similar to my place..ya..
